**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and coordinate process safety activities during engineering, construction, commissioning, and operation phases of FPSO projects.
- Develop and implement safety studies such as HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, LOPA, QRA, and Bowtie Analysis.
- Support the implementation of corporate and regulatory process safety requirements and ensure alignment with international safety standards (e.g., API, ISO, IEC, NORSOK).
- Review and provide input on process design documents, including PFDs, P&IDs, Cause & Effect charts, and Safety Instrumented Systems.
- Conduct risk assessments for new and existing processes, and support the development of mitigation strategies.
- Provide technical support for the selection and specification of safety-critical equipment and systems.
- Ensure that Safety Case documentation and performance standards are developed and maintained.
- Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to support MOC (Management of Change), incident investigations, and root cause analysis.
- Monitor and report safety performance indicators and participate in audits and safety reviews.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of process safety management systems.

**Requirements**:
**Education & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related discipline.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in process safety within the oil & gas industry, preferably with FPSO exposure.
- Proven experience in conducting hazard identification and risk assessment workshops.

**Skills & Knowledge**:

- Strong knowledge of process safety standards and regulations.
- Proficient in safety analysis tools and methodologies.
- Good understanding of offshore process systems, safety instrumented systems, and control of major accident hazards.
- Effective communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and HSE teams.
