**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide rate benchmark data and sanity checks for tender management team Air and Ocean RFQs
- Responsible for extracting data from different global logistics operation systems
- Deliver periodic performance reports (weekly, monthly) for air/ocean business
- Coordinate effectively with internal and external teams on various data topics
- Maintain data for the business using SQL database and attend to ad-hoc queries
- Create Business Intelligence dashboards and present analysis to stakeholders
- Drive and manage digitalization projects

- Senior Business Analyst

**Professional Qualities and Experience**
- Existing knowledge of VBA, SQL, PowerBI/Tableau/Qlik/Quicksight.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and basic Access
- Strong analytical skills and curious mindset for continuous improvements, not accepting status quo without validations.
- Some experience in freight forwarding and/or logistics industry would be a plus.
- Ability to perform under pressure and work with deadlines.
- Proven ability to deliver independently and collaborate in a team
- Detail orientation and strong problem-solving skills
- Organized and ability to articulate thoughts.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.

**Preferred Skills**
- Python or R data analysis packages
- Robotic Process Automation (UiPath or Power Automate)
- Data retrieval via APIs
