**Key Responsibilities**:
Lead the existing monthly S&OP and S&OE process across divisions.

Ensure the right agenda and decisions are made at each of the S&OP and S&OE forums.

Guide the owners of the drumbeat meetings for S&OP - Commercial Review, Supply Review and S&OP to drive decisions required to optimize service, inventory and cost while delivering business goals.

Ensure monthly S&OP process and the resulting action plans for continuous improvement occurs in time and form, eventually upgrading the process to an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.

Ensure ownership of Senior Executives and active participation and alignment of commercial and Supply Chain (SC) in all service, inventory and SC cost related decisions.

Maintain a jointly agreed operating strategy that helps to govern the ways of working across commercial and operations to deliver our joint targets.

Ensure undisrupted, resilient and cost-effective supply for external sales & Internal use and Co-owner of Key Performance Indicators (OTIF, MOH, Inventory, etc.)

Intervene to leverage the relation with site management and planning teams to understand scenarios for resolution of Supply issues in the S&OP process

Drive inventory target accomplishment (relevant level) to support division strategy and analyze and decide on products transfers within the region, own process of product transfer

**We value**:
Bachelors’ Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent

Minimum 7 years of experience in Planning within a fast-paced / high number of materials environment

Experience with SAP

Tangible experience in implementing S&OP processes and tools (IBP or similar)

Strong capability for leading multicultural teams in a multinational environment

High level communications as this role will interact with senior management
