**[What the role is]**

Under NEA’s Response and Recovery Plans Department (R2PD) in Joint Operations Division, the Head of Force Resource Branch is responsible for the Personnel and Resource management of NEA’s Response and Recovery Force (R2F).

**[What you will be working on]**

The job scope for the Head of Force Resource Branch is to lead and guide Force Resource Branch on the following:

- Systematise and oversee R2F manpower monitoring in terms of staffing, medical matters, and training competency
- Coordinate the allowance, medical screening, and engagement of R2F officers
- Systemise the evaluation and audit readiness of R2F logistics
- Supervise the Secretariat Team for meetings
- Assist Commander R2F to command control operations, by establishing the field HQ Ops Centre during deployment
- Any other duties, as necessary for R2F administration and readiness

**[What we are looking for]**

The job might be for you if you possess the following:

- At least 8 years of experience in contingency planning
- Knowledge and experience in Human Resources, Logistics, Finance or Procurement matters would be an advantaged
- Knowledge of Chemical-Biological-Radiological (CBR), Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) types, risks, protection and handling
- Staff experience in Singapore Armed Forces (SAF), Home Team Departments, Home Team Science and Technology Agency (HTX) and DSO National Laboratories is a bonus
- Physically fit for field deployment (when required)
- As part of the shortlisting process for this role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and/or undergo further assessment
