Job Responsibilities

Head the IT Disaster Recovery (DR) services team to formulate the IT DR StrategyCo-ordinate with the business and technical teams to plan and implement DR capabilities and processes to ensure business is positioned to recover from a disasterOversee the media management team supporting backup media and restoration processesExecute the IT DR Plan and conduct the annual Group IT DR ExerciseConduct regular risk assessments and ensure compliance to policies and regulatory standardsWork with regional counterparts to achieve a consistent DR standard across all geographiesPursue streamlining and automation opportunities to enhance the overall efficiency and service delivery quality of the teamEstablish relevant measures and metrics to capture team’s performance and productivityJob Requirements

Degree holder with minimum 10-12 years’ experience managing Data Center Operations in the financial services industryExtensive experience and knowledge of DR and business resumption processesGood understanding of various backup and recovery strategies within the Data Centre environment Conversant with Technology Risk Management Guidelines for Singapore and other geographiesStrong leadership and analytical skills. Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloadExcellent communication skills and the able to interact with people at all levelsITIL and other Business continuity certifications will be an added advantage

The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations.
