Business Analyst

Job Duties
- Support the Board's Project Officer to monitor project progress
- Support all aspects of project tasks in the project life cycle to ensure on time delivery
- Schedule project meetings with vendor, stakeholders and users
- Collaborate and facilitate discussions with work groups and relevant stakeholders
- Record of project meeting minutes.
- Prepare project reports for management review
- Work with Board's contractors to manage projects issues and risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Participate in system functionalities test and ensuring the requirements are delivered accordingly to technical specificationWork closely and report to the Board’s project manager and stakeholders on the project progress, delays and any other matters pertaining to the assigned projects regularly
- Supervise Board’s contractor’s work to ensure the work is completed to the Board’s satisfaction
- Preparation and submission of necessary documents (clearance form, Change Request form and others) to carry out the work
- Other assigned ad-hoc project administrative tasks

Requirement:

- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent ;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- 2-3 years of experience in Project Management support, preferably cybersecurity projects
- Possess good experience in managing projects, preferably having gone through at least one (1) project implementation life-cycles
- Able to handle and manage multiple projects
- Below skillsets are an advantage:

- a. Basic knowledge in security practices, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, firewall, IDS etc
- b. Experience in Operational Technology and/or ICS
- c. Knowledge in IEC62443
- d. Relevant security and/or professional certifications such as CompTIA Security+, SANS GSEC, (ISC)2 CISSP
