**Job Description**:
- Provide administrative support to Operations Manager
- Provide back-end sales support to Sales & Marketing Manager
- Organise, maintain and update company inventory database and mailing lists
- Organise and maintain company storage space
- Assist in all aspects of planning of in-house and external exhibitions, talks etc.
- Assist in framing services
- Housekeeping
