We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Vice President, CEO Office.**

**Principal Responsibilities**

In this role you will
- Support HSBC Life Singapore Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and CEO Office team in the formulation and the tracking of annual operating plans and strategic objectives
- Assist in the preparation of materials for business updates and strategic reviews with senior local and global stakeholders
- Support business-facing communication and ongoing interactions with regulators across key business & people updates
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitor benchmarks and emerging opportunities to provide insights for decision-making
- Provide secretariat support for key decision making committees
- Manage and track CEO scorecard
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of enterprise-wide projects and support execution of key strategic projects as assigned
- Coordinate company and employee engagement events and communications, including drafting and collating material from across the business
RequirementsTo be successful you will need
- Relevant experience in strategy, management consulting and corporate strategy & planning
- Prior exposure to Life Insurance sector and good understanding of Singapore Life Insurance industry
- Strong PowerPoint, Excel, business writing, and analytical skills with the ability to produce documents for senior executives
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and managing senior stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and to prioritize tasks effectively
