Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist the Group CEO to formulate the company's annual (or medium - and long-term) development strategy;
- According to the company's annual overall strategic planning and development requirements, make regional development plans and achieve operational goals;
- Collect internal resources of enterprises, compare and analyze market competition risks, and coordinate enterprise operation and development strategies;
- Responsible for the daily operation and management of the region, including the handling and coordination of daily affairs and public affairs;
- Responsible for the training of front-line operation personnel and assisting the company to retain operation professionals;
- Responsible for coordinating and coordinating the allocation and implementation of functional resources;
**Requirement**
- At least 15years of working experience in the freight forwarding company;
- Know the operation status of the freight forwarding industry in the region, and be familiar with the management and development trends of the freight forwarding industry;
- Clear logical thinking, with certain information analysis ability, can effectively integrate and utilize existing resources to expand business;
- Strong organizational leadership, communication, and management skills.
