- At least 10 - 12 years of experience in IT
- 8 - 10 years on Microsoft technologies, out of which at least 6 -8 years on **Dynamics CRM **(including **Dynamics 365 CE Cloud **, which is a must)
- Must have demonstrable **architecture & design experience **in the role of **Technical Architect **in at least 2 - 3 large, end-to-end **large MSCRM implementations,**

that include complex functionality, more than one module of Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales / Service / Marketing / Field Service) multiple integrations and multi-geo rollouts
- Must have thorough knowledge **nad experience **of Dynamics 365 Sales, Service and Field Service
- Must be thorough and hands-on **MSCRM 2013 ,MSCRM 2016 and Dynamics 365 Versions, including CRM SDK, plug-ins, JavaScript, Azure functions,**

**Web API services, Azure Service Bus (for integrations)**
- Must be thorough and hands on in Microsoft technologies including
- **.NET 4.x, C#, XML, Ajax, OData query and HTML5**

**- Microsoft SQL server 2008/2012**

**- Scribe andSSIS**

**- Experience in MSCRM installation and set-up and multi-sitedeployment**
- Modern workloads:

- **Power platform**: specially Power Automate and Power BI, experience in Power Apps in preferred
- Experience in **Azure AI / ML, Azure IOT platform **and Virtual Agent is high preferable
- Experience in working in an **Agile DevOps and SAFe methodology **is a must
