**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assessments & Examinations**:
Manage exam logistics (paper security, room bookings, invigilators).
Coordinate progressive assessments and special exam arrangements.
Ensure accurate exam schedules, papers, and system setup.
Oversee invigilator recruitment, scheduling, and payment.
- **Student Management**:
Advise students on academic policies and enrolment.
Handle requests for appeals, deferrals, and academic misconduct.
Identify and support students at risk.
- **Marking & Moderation**:
Distribute and track assessments and feedback.
Coordinate moderation processes and release of results.
Process marking invoices accurately.
- **University Procedures**:
Monitor academic progress compliance.
Prepare and participate in Board of Examiners reports and meetings.
- **Academic Support**:
Assist with class schedules, student surveys, and academic inquiries.
Support ID card issuance, letter requests, and course delivery logistics.
- **Other Duties**:
Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Senior Academic Manager.
