Internal Title - Senior Payroll Analyst

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a highly experienced, driven and service-oriented Payroll professional to join our Asia Pacific Payroll team in Singapore. You will manage the day-to-day payroll operations for selected countries in Asia Pacific and can work independently with mínimal supervision in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

You have a high degree of accuracy, strong attention to detail and effective planning and organization skills to manage competing priorities. You are also results-oriented and able to adjust to shifting priorities and provide leadership during times of ambiguity.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

You will compile data from a wide variety of sources (e.g. time sheets/payroll, salary adjustments, tax deposits, etc.) for payroll processing, review payroll results or outputs using established practices and procedures and help ensure timely and accurate submission/payment of statutory obligations, such as tax and social security.

You will manage day-to-day liaison with payroll outsourcing partners, including monthly review of services and performance metrics. You will provide reconciliation of payroll related expenses based on monthly accounting schedule and maintain supporting payroll documentations and authorizations for internal and external audits. You will verify exceptions on attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto time system for retail employees for each pay period.

You will be required to provide Tier 2 support for employees and managers on payroll matters, tax issues and time track matters and manage a positive working relationship with internal HR community and payroll outsourcing partners. You will be responsible for meeting the pre-determined payroll metrics and compliance requirements, and as required, to provide support on payroll related projects and initiatives.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

You will be part of the Asia Pacific Payroll team based in Singapore and will report to the APAC Payroll Manager.

WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE
- At least 5 years of experience handling multi-country Payroll in a HR shared services environment with a mastery of payroll fundamentals
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or HR
- Broad understanding and knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance in APAC countries
- Knowledge and experience in processing equity compensation in Payroll, e.g. ESPP, Stock Options/Awards, RSU, etc.
- Payroll accounting knowledge is highly desirable
- Hands-on experience on HR, Time and Payroll software/system, e.g. SAP, Workday, GlobalView, etc
