**Job Description Summary**

The Operations Leader (HA) is responsible for HA repair cell's operational excellence in meeting various business and operational metrics. This role reports to the HA Cell Leader.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
- Lead a team of supervisors and technicians in achieving safety, quality, delivery and cost targets - Leading with GE Leadership Behaviors. Drive continuous improvements to operational processes in achieving and sustaining performance;
- Collaborate with various internal functions and external vendors in creation of repair Lean lines. Enhance and sustain repair lines through 5S implementation, adoption of best practices across repair lines and timely execution of TPM;
- Schedule, execute and pace production job orders in meeting job fulfillment targets and Takt time. Mitigate job fulfillment risks through proactive and holistic resolution.
- Manage technicians work assignment in meeting job schedules and utilization plan;
- Drive visibility to operational issues and collaborate with cross functional teams in problem solving;
- Grow talents and expertise of technicians through execution of training plan and various employee recognition or performance improvement programs. Support in hiring technicians as part of Cell's manpower growth plan;
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering discipline (e.g. Mechanical, Aviation orIndustrial Engineering)
Minimum 3 years relevant work experience in related industry
- Demonstrated leadership in a supervisory role
