**Team Lead (Hybrid)**
- Full time, Singapore_

In this role, you will be responsible for providing guidance, instruction, training, and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum. You should create a cohesive team that works efficiently together to maximize the team's potential. To be successful as a team leader, you should have a track record of team motivation and positive results. Ultimately, a top-notch team leader should display excellent interpersonal skills to build quality relationships with the team and with customers, be goal-driven, and manage the day-to-day activities of the team efficiently.

**As a Team Lead, you will**
- Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment
- Develop process curriculum by attending conference calls and meetings to identify customer requirements
- Partner with Team Leaders and operations manager for course deliverables, establish expectations and risks, and determine specific training needs for the staff
- Create high quality deliverables within projected deadlines
- Monitor effectiveness of the training program and make recommendations for improvement when necessary
- Coach and provide support to the staff for the assigned process

**About you**
- You have experience in the travel domain
- Expert hands-on knowledge on all aspects of the travel reservations process and technology products, including airline GDS
- Ability to understand the big picture and offer suggestions and feedback to improve the overall operation
- Proven excellence in customer service delivery
- Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to foster effective teamwork and demonstrates adaptability and flexibility
