Lead Designer, Spatial Experience

**Summary**:
As the Lead Designer, Spatial Experience you will be pivotal in shaping and delivering immersive design concepts that bridge content and space seamlessly. Your creativity and ability to lead projects will help push the boundaries of design in Exhibitions, Retail, Hospitality, and Theme Parks. You will collaborate with the Creative Director and broader project teams to ensure that all work aligns with the vision and see through the delivery of your designs.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the development and execution of immersive design concepts that integrate both spatial and content-driven elements.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and project team to maintain alignment with the project vision and creative direction.
- Prepare detailed design documentation, including 3D renderings and presentation materials, that effectively convey ideas.
- Present design concepts confidently to clients and adapt based on feedback.
- Manage project timelines and deliver high-quality outcomes that meet deadlines.
- Support the mentoring of junior team members, fostering a culture of creative growth and knowledge sharing.
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience in experiential, spatial and/or exhibition design.
- Proficiency in industry-standard 3D design software such as SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max, and Revit.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating projects in Exhibitions, Retail, Hospitality, and/or Theme Parks.
- Experience in designing both spatial layouts and integrated content elements.Excellent project management skills with an eye for detail and a collaborative mindset.
