**What you will do**:

- Oversee daily operations during shifts, ensuring smooth service and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Pay: $3,400.00 - $4,200.00 per month
