**Purpose Of The Role**
Presidio is looking to add a Financial Accountant to its existing Finance team in Singapore. As Financial Accountant you will be responsible for looking after the day to day financial matters of our APAC entities, with a particular focus on accurate and timely monthly reporting. This position will report to the Finance Manager in APAC.

**Responsibilities**
- Preparation of timely and accurate monthly management accounts (Sage System) including analysis of accounts, journal postings and other month-end processing
- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and other control procedures
- Day to day cash/bank management
- Day to day monitoring of working capital (Stock, debtors and creditors)
- Managing accounts payables, accounts receivables and fixed assets
- Prepare and file for quarterly GST and withholding taxes (if any)
- Liaison with external consultants in preparation of Tax returns
- Assisting in year-end financial reporting and liaison with external auditors
- Review of payroll
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Working with the team to ensure the highest standards of internal controls and financial support services are in place to support the business
- Assist all company stakeholders with any technical queries which may arise

**Education And Experience**
- Highly motivated and ambitious qualified ACA/ACCA (or equivalent)
- 3+ years PQE in industry
- Instinctively analytical, highly accurate, detailed oriented, and has strong follow-up
- Ability to produce results, prioritising objectives and scheduling work to make the best use of time and ensure deadlines are met
- Assertive, flexible and open to change with a ‘Can-Do’ attitude
- Ability to ensure controls and procedures are followed
- Positive working attitude, willing to learn and willing to hands-on
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with others
- Display personal commitment, effort, motivation and initiative in all business dealings
- Strong IT skills; Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and ability to quickly learn new systems
- Experience of Sage200 an advantage but not essential
