Report to Sr HR Manager
- Experience in Staff Recruitment, Staff Exit, Staff Orientation, daily HR operations etc
- Review and update HR policies, benefits and handbook
- Assist in review and implementation of effective performance appraisal system
- Assist in other tasks as and when assigned by Sr HR Manager
- Diploma/Degree with at least 1-2 years of HR experience for HR Executive or at least 5 years experience for HR Manager with full spectrum of HR exposure including recruitment
- Positive attitude, hardworking and able to work independently
- Able to interact and communicate with all level of staff
- Fluent in English and Chinese.
