**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Warehouse and Logistics Management _
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch of goods.
- Develop and implement efficient logistics strategies to optimize delivery schedules and reduce costs.
- Ensure accurate inventory tracking and reporting through the Odoo 16 ERP system.
- Manage and optimize inventory control processes to minimize waste and ensure stock accuracy.
- Implement cost control measures and continuously identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency in logistics and inventory management.
- Monitor and analyze cost-related data to identify trends, set benchmarks, and make informed decisions.
- Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement and delivery.
- Conduct regular audits of warehouse processes and inventory to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Develop KPIs to monitor operational efficiency and ensure continuous improvement.
- ERP Software Development _
- Develop the ERP software for logistics and warehouse requirements, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Document development requirements for Odoo 16 and collaborate with technical teams to implement solutions.
- Analyze and optimize existing Odoo processes and modules to improve efficiency.
- Serve as the liaison between operational teams and developers to translate logistics requirements into effective software functionality.
- Stay updated with the latest features and advancements in Odoo 16 to enhance operational capabilities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in logistics and warehouse management, preferably within the luxury goods or cosmetics industry.
- Strong proficiency with Odoo 16 ERP software, including a working knowledge of Odoo development and relevant processes and modules.
- Demonstrated experience in creating development requirements documentation.
- Solid understanding of inventory control and cost management strategies, with a proven ability to drive cost efficiency.
- Accounting experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in Singapore.
- Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
