**The role**

You will be responsible for contributing to the growth strategy across digital and retail touchpoints for the Singapore and International sites. You will play a pivotal role in the development of Love, Bonito’s brand and reaching new customers in our focus markets by leveraging on SEO. You will play a key role in shaping Love, Bonito throughout this exhilarating expansion phase.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Develop a deep understanding of our target audience and the customer journey to reach and convert the right audience through optimising search channels
- Collaborate with other members of the Growth, Product, Tech, Analytics, Brand and country teams to strategize, plan and execute the SEO roadmap
- Translate analytics and insights into actionables. Measure and communicate effectiveness of growth initiatives, and performance

**Drive our SEO strategy and implementation**
- **Drive strategy** and execution of everything search including both onsite and offsite SEO to drive organic traffic and new customer growth
- Create SEO content strategy to ensure relevance & search friendly customer journey. Conduct keyword and SERP research and partner with internal content creators / freelancers to ensure that content is well optimised before publication.
- Make recommendations to key elements on the site, including metadata, internal linking, site navigation, and more.
- Recommend strategy and best practices for both BAU and key campaigns.
- **Act as the go-to person **for teams across HQ and markets for all things SEO and create strong partnership across the organisation to drive search performance
- Alongside our Growth manager & broader growth team develop a one-search strategy across paid (SEM), organic search and Affiliate to optimise overall marketing ROI
- Partner with tech team to manage technical SEO roadmap, provide recommendations & validate implementation and performance of the technical optimizations
- Manage relationships with external vendor(s) and freelancers that are supporting SEO efforts
- **Performance management**, audit and refining strategy
- Conduct regular SEO audits to refine roadmap and provide near-term and long-term recommendations on improvements and optimizations
- Set up weekly and monthly SEO reporting standards across markets
- As our in-house SEO expert, regularly share insights across all levels of the business including industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices to educate, influence and align teams to support our organic search efforts.
- Determine areas of opportunity, design data-driven experiments, and present actionable recommendations for search traffic growth and new customer acquisition in an agile manner.

**Requirements**:

- 4 years of relevant work experience in SEO with proven results, in-house experience preferred
- Background in project management, and web development skills desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is required
- BA/BS degree from top university in business, marketing, communications or other relevant field
- Proficient in website analytical tools, CMS management, and SEO tools
- Knowledgeable about structured data markups
- A solid logical and analytical thinker with strong interests in number side of things
- Strong and effective communicator and a reliable team player
- Keep up to date with the latest industry news, including algorithm updates and trends.
