In this role you will be lead demand planning and finished goods rationalization in close coordination with relevant functions for Process Automation business area in Singapore. Measure, report and drive improvement of demand planning and forecasting accuracy Reporting to P&F Center Manager, you will maintain the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process on track; ensure continuous engagement and engagement by all contributors.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Leading the planning team in creating and maintain demand forecasts as part of S&OP process and reviewing forecast accuracy both at the aggregate by identifying key root causes for forecast errors and implements initiatives to improve future forecast accuracy.
- Establishing and maintaining inventory management processes including raw materials, WIP, finished goods and sales in line with Group/Division/Business Unit instructions.
- Ensuring all steps of the S&OP process happen on time, helping all contributors to comply with the requirements and active participation and run the S&OP meetings, ensuring that all information is presented, all stakeholders are engaged, decisions are made, and execution plans articulated.
- Arranging a good flow of information from product review to demand review to operations review in systems businesses ensure coordination of S&OP and Integrated Project Management processes.
- Preparing demand and supply scenarios, analyze the risks associated, and propose mitigation plans in systems business analysis of resource requirements to support different scenarios and explain the interdependencies among the metrics of the S&OP process.
- Leading and contributing to cross-functional initiatives for optimizing customer on-time delivery, lead-time, inventory, resource utilization, and forecast accuracy.
- Leading local planning function and ensures local planning team is properly organized, staffed, and skilled and directed and motivate and encourages teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity and Key Performance Indication (KPI) targets are met.

**Your background**:

- Degree in relevant course
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in demand & inventory planning, operational purchasing and at least 3 years in team management experience
- Excellent knowledge of Sales & Operational Planning process.
- Strong SAP knowledge especially on material master, MRP and purchase module.
- Good knowledge of strong data analysis.
- Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and multi-tasking.
- Good communications and collaboration skills
