Organise and carry out facade inspections to buildings.
- Prepare quotations for facade inspections
- Carry out site assessment and inspection
- Liaise with vendors and owners
- Prepare inspection reports

The work scope will entail both office and field work.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of diploma in civil or structural engineering, or related qualification example experience in facade construction / rope access
- Facade Inspector certification
- Rope access certification
- PWAH/ or other safety certification
