Facade Inspector

Bizlify Singapore PTE Ltd provides AI-powered Periodic Façade Inspection (PFI) services to comply with BCA requirements, utilizing drone technology. Our business is expanding, and we have a vacancy for registered Façade Inspector. It would be an advantage if you are also a qualified Drone Pilot. Job Description Facade Inspector: Work with operations teams to conduct thorough and detailed visual inspections of building facades to identify cracks, damage, wear, and potential structural concerns, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all areas, using Drones and close-range methods. Utilise AI software and accurately document all findings, including detailed reports, high-quality photographs of identified defects or risks, and provide clear, actionable recommendations for repairs or maintenance. Collaborate effectively with senior staff, CP partners and other team members to shareinspection results, discuss findings. Prepare detailed, professional reports in accordance with BCA (Building and Construction Authority) format, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills to present inspection results and recommendations clearly to clients, stakeholders, and team members as needed. Work with team members provide accurate costings/quotations for PFI work to potential clients. Attend client meetings as needed. Project manage full PFI process, particularly when involving 3rd parties/subcontractors. Assist in other ad hoc duties as assigned by senior staff, contributing to the overall success of projects and the company. Adhere to all Health and Safety requirements as briefed by the H&S officer and as detailed in the company SOP. Drone Pilot additional responsibilities: (If applicable) Responsible for day-to-day drone operations. Create and maintain pre and post flight planning routes and records. Make sure that assigned drones are always airworthy Ensure drone safety is observed at all times, and follow H&S briefing requirements Handle CAAS paperwork for activity permit applications and operator permits. Manage and perform onsite flight operations with end customers and delivery team Check captured data/images before delivery to processing systems. Following company SOP Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or simular is preferred. Unmanned Aircraft Pilots license (UAPL) ideal Ability to perform physical inspections for extended periods of time. Work at heights qualifications also an advantage Strong observational, team building and communication skills. Must have a positive, proactive attitude. Valid registration certificate as Façade Inspector (Singapore)
