**YOUR ROLE**

This is a unique opportunity for an outgoing, energetic and detail oriented individual to grow within a VC-backed startup that aims to become the next global consumer goods giant. As an **Accounting Analyst**, you will interact with the HQ and local teams to provide local and regional accounting and operational support, ensuring smooth running of all lines of business.
- Manage a full spectrum of accounting for China and Taiwan entities, including finance operations, reporting, statutory requirements, audit, and treasury.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal control procedures and accuracy of the financial data.
- Review and/or prepare financial reconciliations and analysis of various general ledger accounts.
- Liaise with and support external stakeholders: auditors, tax agent, authorities, bankers, corporate secretary, payroll provider, accounting third-party service provider.
- Liaise with and support internal stakeholders.
- Support and/or detect and drive global improvement projects (processes, systems).
**YOUR PROFILE**
- Ability to understand B/S and P&L and perform controlling over accounts and financials
- Detailed oriented with a strong sense of ownership over results
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and drive change initiatives
- Well planned and organized, able to meet tight deadlines and perform under pressure
- Hands-on, not afraid to dive deeply in systems and processes
- Independent contributor with effective communication and time management skills
