DESIGNATION : Marketing Assistant RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide Administrative support, co-ordination and any other relevant support to the marketing team - Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports - Support Marketing Team in the implementation and tracking of marketing activities and campaigns - Assist the marketing team in coordination in producing marketing collaterals - Assist in updating social media calendar and website content - Assist in coordination work between departments and external partners - Assist in consolidating of information pertaining to the organisation marketing activities - Assist in maintaining the archive of images, photos or previous works - Organising small in house events and support for external events - Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the marketing teams **Job Requirements**: - Minimally GCE "O" Levels and above - At least one year of admin/ marketing experience - Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) - Able to work independently and with mínimal supervision - Good writing skills - Working knowledge of social media platforms (would be an advantage) QUALIFICATIONS - Minimally GCE "O" Levels and above
