**Job responsibilities**:

- Management and follow up for construction of refinery process plant project:
planning, scheduling, and coordination (before commissioning)
- Assist purchasing/maintenance department in the process of purchasing new
equipment or parts (when required) (before commissioning)
- Manage daily operations activities, supervise and lead a shift team of technicians to
meet production target safely.
- Highlight any safety issues immediately and work with Safety team to rectify as
soon as possible
- Ensure that the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and all documents are
current and accurate, and recommend and implement improvements/updates
where necessary
- Provide leadership and work direction to the shift teams consistent with business
objectives and company policies;
- Develop training plans and arrange training for Technicians in co-operation with
other Supervisors; Ensure that all Operations Staff are trained according to training
plans
- Assist the Plant Manager in maintaining all quality, safety and environmental
compliance requirements with applicable local and international standards;
- Ensure housekeeping level maintained to company’s standards

**Requirement**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience working in process plants environment
- Diploma / Degree in relevant discipline (preferably process engineering or chemical
engineering)
- Good hands-on experience, ability and interest to setup and operate process plant
- Good problem-solving skill and analytical thinking, take initiative in problem solving
- Experience in leadership roles preferred but not necessary
- Knowledge in reading process and electrical drawings e.g. P&ID, PFD is highly
preferred
- Comfortable with working in the West side
- Salary and package will commensurate with relevance of experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $6,500.00 per month
