The Corporate Policies and Services (CPS) Division undertakes a range of responsibilities in innovation, Strategic Planning, and Partnerships, and collaborates with R&D divisions in the areas of Finance, Estate Management, and Procurement to meet DSO’s strategic and business needs.

Senior Executive (Business Contract Management)

In this role, you will:

- Prepare project proposals and sales contracts
- Act as an advisor to project teams on DSO sales contract framework and suitable contracting mechanism
- Negotiate contractual Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) and payment schedule to suit individual project requirements
- Follow through the contracting cycle from issuance of sales contract documents to contract signing
- Ensures that all contracting activities are in compliance to the relevant framework and processes
- Prepare report for management reporting
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the project systems

**Requirements**:

- Degree in any field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Knowledge in Power BI (preferred)
- Knowledge in SAP (preferred)
- Experience in procurement process and contract law will be advantageous
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, as appropriate for the needs of the audience
