**Roles & Responsibility**

1. Plan, adminsiter and implement safety policy, safety policy, safety procedures in compliance with local WSH regulations and compliance measures.

2. Responsible for implementing and monitoring Company's safety systems and ensure continued improvement of risk management.

3. Measure and monitor Company WSH performance.

4. Promote WSH culture within the organisation.

5. Conduct weekly mass toolbox meeting and daily site inspections to identify unsafe act and conitions.

6. Manage safety violations and refresher training.

7. Identitfy unsafe act and conditions created or practiced by employees and contractors and ensure proper documentation are recorded for future reference. Report any accident/injury/near misses to top management.

8. Ensure all checklists and necessary documents are maintained (eg. accident reporting & investigations, inspection reports, training records and etc.)

9. Ensure employees and subcontractors are brief on risk assessments and safe work procedures.

10. Advice and assist with job analysis, risk assessment, safe work procedures.

11. Assist in Internal Audit and maintaining the company's IMS as sustaining the ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 certification.

12. Assist in the implementation and continual review of WSHMS(Workplace Safety & Health Mgmt Sys), IMS(Integrated Mgmt Sys), EMS(Environmental Mgmt Sys), Fall Prevention Plan, Lifting Plan and etc.

13. Conduct safety inspection; assess Risk Assessments, incident / accident investigation.

14. To liaise closely with site operations staff and Project / Site Managers.

15. To ensure all HSE related safety equipment and PPE are in order and properly maintained & recorded.

16. Conduct Safety Committee meetings, organize safety events and etc.

17. Carry out any HSE rlated functions/duties and processes as directed Managers

18. Perform any ad-hoc matters/ issues that may arise during the day-to-day activity
