Technician - Electrical & Plumbing

**Position Title**: Technician - Electrical & Plumbing
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform daily inspection, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, plumbing, and related building facilities.
- Attend to tenant and management feedback regarding electrical and plumbing issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation of all equipment.
- Assist with installation, modification, and reinstatement works when required.
- Respond promptly to emergencies such as power failures, leaks, or burst pipes, and carry out necessary corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and submit reports as required.
- Monitor and coordinate works carried out by contractors to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workplace safety, and regulatory requirements.
**Requirements**:
- NITEC, Higher NITEC, or equivalent technical qualifications in Electrical or Plumbing.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in electrical and plumbing maintenance (experience in commercial or residential properties is preferred).
- Good knowledge of troubleshooting techniques for electrical and plumbing systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to respond to emergency call-outs and perform overtime when required.
