**Some of the key responsibilities will include**:

- Ensuring Finance Markets controls in both onshore and offshore teams are maintained properly, ensuring accuracy and integrity of the balance sheet and P&L signed off by product control team.
- Oversee and perform assessment on Financial Markets controls that are in place and implement new or enhancement in control or processes. Controls include Balance Sheet Attestation review, Actual vs Flash monitoring, suspense monitoring, Inter-desk booking and other adhoc issues etc.
- Take part in strategic projects including new product roll-outs, GL implementations and upgrades, and ensure any accounting models / treatments are understood.
- Be responsible for Singapore branch and subsidiary’s FX management process. Coordinating with multiple stakeholders such as Front Office, Product Control, other functions to support sell down activities to minimize FX risk arising from non-trading activities for the bank.

**To be eligible for this role you will require**:

- Preferably 5+ years’ experience in a financial institution, with relevant work experience in product control or finance controls.
- Strong knowledge on FM products, experience in accounting for non-trading FX positions is ideal.
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders such as COO, Front Office, and Finance projects.
