As the IT Application Manager, you will assume a pivotal role in overseeing the successful deployment and management of diverse IT systems across our regional offices situated in Singapore, Malaysia, and other locations. Your primary focus will be to ensure the streamlined and effective utilization of these systems to meet the operational requirements of the organization. - Formulate and execute strategies for the deployment and maintenance of IT systems across multiple regional offices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Supervise the installation, configuration, and testing of IT systems, ensuring compatibility and seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, including contract negotiation, service level agreements (SLAs), and ongoing performance monitoring.
- Conduct regular system audits to identify and address potential issues, ensuring optimal system performance and security.
- Lead a team of IT professionals, offering guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry, providing recommendations for process improvements and innovation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at various levels to define IT strategies aligned with business goals.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Over 5 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in managing and deploying IT systems, preferably within the IDC or data center industry.
- In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, system architecture, and project management principles.
- Proven ERP project management experience, particularly with SAP or Oracle (at least 2 full cycle projects), with a preference for finance knowledge.
- Understanding of network infrastructure, database management, and cloud-based technologies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, capable of motivating and mentoring a diverse team of IT professionals.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset to identify and resolve complex IT issues.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for seamless collaboration with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Relevant certifications, such as PMP, would be advantageous.
- Fluent proficiency in the English language, both orally and in written communication.
