**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**

Responsible for end to end delivery of RFP (Request for Proposal) and DDQ ( Due Diligence Questionnaires) - from proposal assessment, drafting, reviewing, deadline management & submission.

Gathers proposal information from various constituents like Investment Team, Operations, Risk, Legal & Compliance and Sales to prepare cohesive answers to all questions

Maintains quality results by using templates which can be customised for each situation; following proposal-writing standards including readability, consistency and tone

Manages deadlines by giving domain experts sufficient lead time for their responses and also for the internal reviews of the proposal

Tracks and maintains standard company level information on an ongoing basis - Team size and details, AUM, Performance data.

Help maintain consultant databases and support reporting for membership bodies (e.g. UNPRI etc)

Manage external vendors that may be used in managing the RFP process

**EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS**

A degree in Finance with prior experience in Asset management

Excellent written English skills are essential, as is an ability to manage projects within a deadline-driven environment.

A self-directed individual who will be able to drive projects forward and possess a strong sense of accountability

Organised and methodical in his/her approach to tasks with a keen eye for details

Team player - able to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders comprising of sales, investments, compliance, performance and operations teams.
