We are looking for a versatile and experienced professional to take on a dual role as **WSQ Adult Educator (Trainer)** and **Curriculum Developer**. This role involves designing, developing, and delivering WSQ-accredited training programmes aligned with **SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) competency standards**.

**Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Trainer**:

- Deliver structured, engaging WSQ course sessions in line with curriculum and industry trends.
- Facilitate competency-based learning through interactive methods and adult learning strategies.
- Assess learners’ competencies using approved assessment tools like quizzes, assignments, and other evaluation tools in accordance with SSG requirements.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to support learner development.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and professional classroom environment.
- Stay current with developments in your field to ensure relevant and up-to-date course content.

**As a Curriculum Developer**:

- Design and develop full curriculums, lesson plans, facilitator guides, learner guides, training materials, and assessment tools.
- Ensure alignment with WSQ Technical Skills & Competencies (TSCs), Performance Criteria (PCs), and Assessment Criteria (ACs).
- Design and adapt learning content to support adult learning principles and active learning methodologies.
- Ensure all documentation and materials comply with SSG’s course accreditation requirements.
- Update course content based on feedback and industry changes.

**Requirements**:

- **ACTA** or **ACLP** certification (mandatory for training delivery and assessment roles).
- **WSQ DACE**or **DDDLP** certification (mandatory for curriculum developer roles).
- Familiarity with WSQ Skills Frameworks under SkillsFuture Singapore.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in both curriculum development and classroom (or virtual) training delivery is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with instructional design tools is a plus.
- Experience submitting WSQ courses via TPGateway, blended or digital learning design, and prior involvement in successful SSG course accreditation preferred but not required.

**Working Hours**

**As a Trainer**:

- At least 1 weekday evening per week, from 19:00 to 22:00
- A fixed day will be scheduled based on trainer availability and course needs
- Occasional weekend sessions may be arranged based on course demand (optional and by mutual agreement)

**As a Curriculum Developer**:

- Project-based with flexible working hours
- Work can be performed remotely or on-site as required

Occasional meetings and review sessions may be arranged.

- Our training centre is conveniently located within a 5-minute walk from Jurong East MRT Station.
