**What the role is**
- You plan and execute public and digital communication efforts in support of MINDEF/SAF’s communication objectives, principally to preserve and strengthen public trust and confidence in national defence, National Service (NS) and the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF).

**What you will be working on**
- Formulate publicity plans for mainstream and social media platforms - Work with media organisations on feature stories - Draft responses to forum letters and media queries Develop local and international media engagement strategies - Manage public communications during incidents and unplanned events Challenge(s) - Working with multiple stakeholders to understand complex policy and operational issues - Developing effective communication strategies under time pressure
