**About our Client**

Our client is an International Luxury Lifestyle brand and has a market lead position in the hospitality industry, with headquarters all over the world. The company has a vision to bring people together and promote culture diversity through their products. With increasing demand and new business ventures, they are currently looking for a Senior HR Manager/ Head of HR to formulate HR strategies and action plans that are aligned with the business strategies and businesses growth.

Your major responsibilities as a Head of HR are to support the business in formulating HR strategies and action plans that are aligned with the business strategies and businesses growth for the whole of South-East Asia and Pacific.

Your other responsibilities include:

- Provide HR expertise and partner client groups in HR change management initiatives, linking human resource strategies to business objectives.
- Provide guidance to management, lead/support on a wide range of matters, including employee engagement and HR policies and programs.
- Lead team member to oversee the day-to-day operations of HR in support of the employee life cycle - onboarding and offboarding, development, performance management, exiting and mobility.
- Ensure the organization's talent management practices align with industry best practices and contribute to the overall success of the business.
- Overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the human resource function in according with Country strategies, Zone/Corporate HR policies and Local Labor Laws**.**

**The Successful Applicant**

You should possess a degree in Business, Management, Hospitality, Human Resources or equivalent related studies, and you must have a minimum of 10 years of HR Business Partnering & Leadership experience. An experience in hospitality or the FMCG industry would be an advantage. You should also be collaborative with a outcome focus, with good working knowledge of mobility, employment legislation, general HR policies and best practices. There will be a 10-15% of travel required for this role.
