**This Role**:
We are looking for a Head of HR to lead & build the entire HR infrastructure from the ground up across the region. The Head of HR must have the capability to demonstrate HR consulting work that is suitable for SME or Startup. This position will serve as a strategic HR business partner to advise, influence, and guide the senior management team. The role will report to the CEO of the company and work alongside the COO.

**Job Descriptions**:

- Build, lead and manage the full spectrum of the HR function including driving the strategies for organisational development, performance and total rewards, recruitment, operations, and employee relations.
- Plan and direct HR initiative including prioritizing and selecting appropriate projects with overall responsibility for meeting business and HR objectives.
- Lead in identifying risk, developing best practices, alternative solutions and resolving issues.
- Analyse, formulate and present recommendations to advise, influence and guide the senior management team.
- Work closely with the senior management team to scale company from 0-1 and build up teams across multiple countries such as Singapore, Malaysia & Hong Kong.
- Serve as main POC on various people matters on a daily basis.

**Requirements**:

- MBA or bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- More than 10 years’ experience as a HR generalist or HR Business Partnering with minimum 2 years’ experience in leadership role.
- Have proven track record in doing OD strategy and setting up HR infrastructure from 0-1.
- Deep knowledge in HR consulting/business partnering.
- Strong in stakeholder management.
- Able to influence decision making.
- Fluent in Chinese & English languages (Spoken & Written)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and Chinese centric environment.
