**What a Technician does in HP**:

- Basic understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job.
- Works on assignments that are routine in nature where limited judgment and/or mínimal problem resolution is required.
- Allocates own time efficiently as detailed by supervisor.
- Normally receives detailed instructions on all work.

**Individuals who will do well in this role usually possess**:

- Typically an unrelated Associate's degree and/or 0-1 years related experience.
- May include individuals performing entry-level equivalent work who are non
- degreed in an unrelated field.
- Running the production line in meeting day to day build plans.
- Providing first line recovery of the module one is operating.
- Follow set protocols in handling of production materials.
- Following of safety protocols
