Key Responsibilities
- Greet and take orders with a friendly manner
- Prepare hot & cold beverages (espresso, lattes, tea, etc.) following standardized recipes
- Operate grinders, espresso machines, brewers, and finish milk-based drinks (including latte art)
- Handle payments (cash, card) accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and workspace
- Adhere to health & safety regulations and café policies
- Engage with customers—answer questions, make recommendations, upsell specialty drinks
- Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience as a barista or in food/beverage service is preferred (min 1 year)
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and milk steaming/grinding techniques
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
- Basic math competency and POS register experience
- Flexibility in scheduling (shift-based), reliable punctuality
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; certifications like SCA or food safety training are a plus

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
