**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Pre-Campaign Preparation**
- Monitor competitive landscape

**Frontline & Operational Readiness**
- Prepare materials and FAQs to brief frontline and operations teams on the new campaigns, processes and procedures
- Handle any queries from Call Centre and Operations

**Customer Communications**
- Clear all customer communications with Legal, Compliance, Customer Experience and Marketing
- Liaise with marketing to have the materials on the website (eg product page, T&Cs)

**Post Campaign Fulfilment**
- Provide support for fulfilment of customer offers and other administrative matters
- Prepare regular reports necessary to track performance and effectiveness of channels and programs

**Others**
- Perform end-to-end testing for UAT if required
- Provide support for administrative matters

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
- Attention to detail
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $5,000.00 - $6,500.00 per month
