Assistant Manager

Identify opportunities to expand and create awareness to promote the mission of the Group and Association.
Plan and organize physical, virtual or hybrid events both locally and globally.
This includes but not limited to:
- Planning and hosting conferences, annual meetings and other industrial activities
- Identifying marketing and sponsorship opportunities
- Preparing marketing and promotional collaterals
- Managing websites and social media
- Building and expanding partnership and membership base
- Handling of general administrative work
**Job Requirements**
- Ability to perform Secretariat function
- Strong organization, communication, and coordination skills
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and communicating)
- Good command of Chinese (reading, writing, and communicating)
- Motivated, resourceful and independent individual who can multi-task and integrate as part of a team
- Pleasant and people-oriented personality
