The Robotics Division focuses on the research and development of advanced robotic systems and technologies across the air, land and maritime domains. These include aerodynamics, autonomy, platform control, guidance and navigation technologies.

Facility Manager (Robotics Division)

In this role, you will:

- Ensure that all equipment (including EC items) under his/her charge are well maintained and calibrated according to maintenance and calibration schedules
- Be responsible for the management and storage of EC items
- Be responsible for combustible/flammable materials stored within the laboratories and ensure that they are stored properly and kept to a mínimal in the laboratories
- Be responsible for the management of centralised common use equipment such as cameras and SD cards
- Manage a team of Facility ICs and Workplace Safety Officers
- Conduct proper risk assessment for the operations of the equipment/facility to identify and mitigate safety and health risks
- Train engineers identified for the safe operation and use of facility/equipment
- Ensure that the laboratories are kept clean and organized and that the equipment are stored properly

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field
- Ability to plan, execute and monitor facility projects, including renovations and upgrades
- Experience in implementing schedules for preventative maintenance to minimise equipment downtime and ensure equipment availability
- Effective communication with contractors and stakeholders
- Understanding and adhering to relevant regulations, including building codes and safety standards
- Self-driven, resourceful, meticulous and problem-solving nature
