Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our team as Café Assistants. In this role, you will be trained to prepare and serve traditional Nanyang-style coffee (kopi) and beverages. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve traditional Nanyang coffee (kopi) and tea (teh) using the sock brewing technique after training.

Customize coffee and tea orders according to customer preferences (e.g., kopi o, kopi c, kopi siu dai).

Operate coffee brewing equipment and ensure the quality of beverages.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and workspace.

Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and processing payments.

Assist with daily setup, replenishment of supplies, and closing duties.

**Requirements**:
No experience necessary—training will be provided.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
