Roles & Responsibilities Café Service (Japanese Pastry & Dessert Café) Locations: Waterway Point, PLQ, 100AM, Ngee Ann City, Great World, VivoCity, Orchard Salary: $2,300 – $2,800/month Hours: 40 hours per week Rest Days: 2 per week Benefits: 12 days annual leave (to start), AWS, medical & dental coverage What You’ll Do (Simple & Clear) Create meaningful moments: Welcome every guest with warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care. Be the menu guide: Share recommendations confidently and help customers discover new favourites. Keep the café flowing smoothly: Take orders, serve promptly, and maintain a clean, inviting space. Support daily operations: Assist with opening/closing routines, restocking, and coordination with the kitchen team. Work as one team: Communicate and collaborate closely to ensure smooth service during peak and quiet hours alike.
