You are responsible for determining the most effective ways to manufacture products or service. Develops ways to increase productivity, maximizes efficiency and manages manufacturing space capital more effectively. Job Description - Project manager for Complete Kit Management (CKM) and Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) field enablement - Develop and scale CKM business operation processes - Focus on refresh of Improvement Program (IP) for legacy products and influence new design IP. - Improve upon existing design for performance and cost efficiency - Monitor GSS products/service performance and drive FA & quality improvement, if require - Build stakeholder team(s) in loosely defined cross functional activities to produce cooperative and collaborative efforts to drive and close specific projects on time and budget. Requirements - Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Science required. - At least 5 years' experience in a CIP/ engineering environment in mechanical or semiconductor industry, focusing on surface technology and clean solutions - At least 3 years' experience in managing complex multi-functional projects - Strong organizational skills and leadership qualities - From the very start of the semiconductor industry to the present day, we’ve been technology leaders who have pioneered innovation and brought new processes into mainstream manufacturing.
