**Job Description**:
Roles & Responsibilities
**Job Scope**:
1. Maintain inventory of necessary IT hardware and equipment including computers, servers, monitors, printers, etc.;

2. Assist in Setup of New PCs and Installation of Softwares / Local & Remote;

3. Troubleshooting of Network problems;

4. Responsible for IT support for IT issues which needs hands on support such as hardware problem diagnostics, PC/software installation, configuration;

5. Maintenance of operating systems, etc;

6. Support with the physical setup and installation/replacement of network equipment;

7. Any other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:
1. Must possess at least Diploma in any IT related course;

2. At least 2 years of working experience in Windows network;

3. Basic Linux knowledge will be an advantage;

4. Positive working attitude;

5. Able to work independently or as a team player.
