JR33653 SR PROGRAM MANAGER
- Be functional expert(Chemical, Semicon Material, Interconnect, Mechanical, etc) to be able to provide training & coaching to related CSM on the specific categories’ should cost analysis.
- Work closely w/ related CSM to facilitate the should cost model creation, related data gathering & validation, and should cost vs. current price gap analysis & the identify the continuous cost improvement opportunity.
- W/ related should cost champion to quarterly evaluate, validate should cost w/ the CSM. Report the should cost related KPI including saving opportunity, should cost coverage/adherence rate etc. Support efforts to enhance the “Cost Playbook”, spend analytics reporting, etc.
- Partner and build effective, relationships with the commodity / category groups, as well as function across the company (IT, Finance, Operations, )
- Support Design for Cost efforts between Sourcing, Engineering and Business Units;
- Liaison between Procurement and Finance on cost performance measurement, forecasting and reconciliation;
