HR Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and wellness activities.
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Manage day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties.
- Support other HR initiatives and ad-hoc projects as required.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of experience handling a full spectrum of HR functions.
- Excellent team player with a willingness to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good understanding of the Employment Act and HR best practices.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
