**Your Job**:
Would you like to be a part of a regional team on the front lines of growth at Indeed in APAC and be a part of a team hiring the best software engineers in the market? We are looking for an experienced technical recruiter to come and join the team and enable us to keep identifying, selecting and closing the best engineering talent in Japan, Singapore and India.

As a technical recruiter at Indeed you will work hand in hand with technical leaders and other talent attraction teams to hire the people that are helping the world get jobs on Indeed's platform. Based in Singapore, either at our beautiful office or your home, you will partner with your local and regional colleagues across recruitment, sourcing, coordination and HR to identify, source and select software engineers from around the world.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement new initiatives to increase pipeline and build employer brand awareness
- Maintain & utilize data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis

**Who You Are**:

- 3+ years of successful recruiting experience in a fast paced, high volume environment focused on hiring technical people - software engineers, product managers or similar profiles
- Experience building relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders in globally-distributed teams
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS)

**Salary Range Disclaimer**:
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

**Salary Range Transparency**:
Singapore 68,000 - 95,000 SGD per year
