**Your day to day**
Join us as a Room Attendant in Holiday Inn Express Katong You’ll have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills. Because, for this vital role, we’re looking for someone who can
- Meets with superior and takes on daily assigned tasks
- Reports and submits lost and found articles to superior immediately
- Report guest complaints to superior immediately
- Reports unusual behaviour/activities on floors to supervisor
- Records room status in allocated section accurately
- Cleans and maintains guest rooms, guest corridors, and according to standards and procedures.
- Replenishes guest supplies
- Ensures guest services specified by superiors and guests requests are promptly and courteously met
- Reports damage or malfunction in hotel rooms to superior
**What we need from you**:

- Minimum high school/secondary education preferred.
- Experience in customer service and/or hotel operations is preferred
- Positive attitude, pleasant personality, good communication skills.
- Passionate about customer service
