The Room Attendant is responsible for the cleanliness and orderly presentation of rooms and/or public areas to create a positive impression for guests and/or customers.
- Welcoming guests and showing them to their rooms when necessary
- Cleaning & replenishing amenities and supplies which includes but not limit to rooms, beds, bed linen, carpets, towels, toiletries and tea or coffee supplies
- Checking and reporting items in need of maintenance or replacement (i.e. televisions/ lights / air-conditioning)
- Turns over any lost and found items
- Taking laundry and dry cleaning orders from guests
- Look out and reports undesirable or suspicious characters to the Supervisor and / or Management
- Provides assistance to address guests concerns and special requests at the floor
- Cleaning of public areas, not limiting to offices, apartments and conference rooms.
